Time for Frey at Pebble Beach!
This week is the Pebble Beach golf tournament. Practice rounds start Monday, but the official ones don't start until Thursday. Here is the TV schedule the site specifies:
Just for fun, I'm linking to a cute snippet regarding the Frey/Stadler team in 2004, an MP3 of the golf parody Struggler's Blues.
Henley is also getting his MusiCares award this week. In honor of that, I've put up downloads where Frey and Henley share lead vocals. The video is Good Day in Hell from the Kirshner Rock Concert 1974 and the audio is Seven Bridges Road from Denver 2001.
Other Frey/Henley co-lead audio moments that are on the site: How Long (Berkeley 1973), Doolin-Dalton / Desperado Reprise (Springfield 1975), King of Hollywood (Long Beach 1980), After the Thrill Is Gone (Long Beach 1980), and Seven Bridges Road (Oklahoma City 2002).
Other Frey/Henley co-lead video moments that are on the site: How Long (Holland 1973), Ol' 55 (Kirshner Rock Concert 1974), Good Day in Hell (Houston 1976), and Seven Bridges Road (Seattle 1976).
Finally, regarding the new album, Don has given some more information to Billboard.

- An article in The Independent discusses the Eagles' new album as well - not 100% accurate, but still interesting.
