Frey Appearing at Starkey Hearing Benefit

Glenn Frey is billed as a "special guest" appearing at the June 23rd Awards Gala for the Starkey Hearing Foundation in St. Paul, Minnesota at the RiverCentre. It's a benefit organized to raise money for hearing aids for the underprivileged as well as health research and education. Back again

I've returned with downloads! The video is The Girl from Yesterday from St. Louis in 1994. Warning: the quality is not that great - lots of people walking in front of the cameraman - but hey, if you want to see this song in great quality, pull out your copy of Hell Freezes Over! I still think it's a good performance of the song, though. The MP3 is a 1979 performance of Lyin' Eyes from Chicago.

• The Eagles played a gig for Walmart shareholders in Fayetteville, Arkansas last week - details in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The article also says the new album is scheduled to be released in the fall, but again, this has not been officially confirmed.
